COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Bosch Rexroth VDP403BIND1NNNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Bystronic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bray parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Cec-Vibration-Products product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Bystronic such as the E7515C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 93063411300532 manufactured by Bray and we are pleased to be able to service most Bray systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41310105 by Manufacturer Cec-Vibration-Products as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Carroll-Touch-Tech Brand IC30T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cardinal such as 190A equipment made by Cardinal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cardinal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cardinal" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 320240A made by Brandless as well as the popular CDC360000 original spares produced by Carotron Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AMT by Bourn--Koch and 190A spares by Cardinal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original E362151 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Brandless. |
